Friday 15th July

14.00 Nottingham – Back: Absolute Queen >4.6 Dropped back in trip and hard to see beyond her if she can get back to the form that she showed on debut.

15.00 Haydock – Back: Muscika >8.2 – Off a dangerously low mark today and could well be competitive in a Class 5 race.

15.53 Newbury – Back: Rogue Lightning >4.5 – Looked a useful prospect on debut, winning by 4 lengths. Runner-up won next time out.

16.10 Haydock – Back: Rani Of Jhansi >10.5 – Won the only race she has run over this distance, albeit on the AW track. Yard in form.

19.17 Hamilton – Back: Swiss Ace (EW) >15.0 – Wins at five and seven furlongs suggest six furlongs could be an ideal trip. Each Way bet suggested.

19.24 Pontefract – Back: Redarna >11.0 – Good form based on others’ exploits since Thirsk outing in April. Drop in trip and uphill finish could be advantageous.

20.54 Pontefract – Back: Rayong >11.0 – Course and Distance winner off 78. Dropping back down in class and grade to 83. Chances off that mark? Possibly.

Saturday’s Early Tips

13.50 Newbury – Back: Tasman Bay (EW) >12.5 A big price for a horse with some impressive 3-year-old form. A front runner with the stamina to last the trip.
