Leeds United won their first home game of the season on Saturday, as they dominated Watford enroute to a 3-0 win. For the first hour or so, it looked like a repeat of the other Leeds games at home this season. They were controlling the game but were unable to make their momentum count, however once Leeds got the first goal, the floodgates opened in what ended up being another wonderful performance from Daniel Farke’s side.
Leeds United play their third game in six days when they welcome Watford to Elland Road. Leeds are still yet to win at home in the league and have struggled to break down sides that have come to Elland Road and set up in a deep block.
Leeds United extended their unbeaten run in the league to five games, drawing 0-0 with Hull City at the MKM Stadium. Leeds looked the more likely of the two teams to score in the first half, but after Joe Rodon was dismissed on the hour mark, the momentum shifted and Leeds had to settle for a draw.
